Everyday Oatmeal

I love routine.  So, I've come to eat the same thing every single morning.  It is filling, nutritional, and healthy.  It is also really quick and easy to make.

Here is my recipe for everyday oatmeal.

1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/3 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 tsp Ground Flaxseed Meal
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 TBSP reduced sugar blueberry jam

Throw everything except the jam in a microwave bowl.  Cover the ingredients with water until the berries just start to float.  Throw it in the microwave for 2 minutes.  Take it out, stir in the jam, turn on the Today show and enjoy!
